VAGINOPLASTY

The procedure is usually carried out with traditional surgical methods. The surgeon joins the stretched muscle at the back of the vagina together and shortens it, before removing the unwanted skin. This reduces excess vaginal lining and tightens vaginal muscles. The scarring is inside the vagina.

Results:

Most women find that there is an increase in the tightness of their vaginal muscles, and some women say that the surgery restores their vagina to how it was before pregnancy.

Risks of Vaginoplasty Surgery:

Patients will be sore and swollen after surgery, but should be able to walk without discomfort within a few days and should be able to go back to work after about a week. You should avoid sex for between four and six weeks. Over tightening can lead to urine retention.

 LABIAPLASTY/Designer Vagina

Labia Minora (inner lips or folds) is a small piece of flesh that protrude down between the labia majora (outer lips or folds). For most women, inner lips can not be seen because it is smaller than the outer lips. However, some women born with an enlarged, enlongated or asymmetrical labia minora, whereas others develop the enlargement with age or from child birth.

An oversize Labia Minora may cause embarrassment with your partner because it doesn't look good. Moreover, it bring discomfort when you exercising or wearing a tight pant.

You should consider labia reduction (labiaplasty) procedure if you want to reduce size of enlarged labia minora. You will be relieved from discomfort between your clothes and vagina. Procedure of labiaplasty

The old fashion labiaplasty is performed by excising the protuberant labia and over sewing the raw edge. However, it is not ideal since the natural shape and color is destroyed. You can see a lightly colored inner labial tissue on your labia border.

A new labiaplasty can solve this problem. The protuberant labium excised a "V" manner and the upper and lower edges are sutured together. Only a small transverse line can be seen on your labia. The procedure takes around one hour in  our surgical center. You can choose to have General anesthesia(which will put you asleep) or local anesthesia.

Complication of Labia trim

The complication rate from a labiaplasty is extremely low. It has the same risk as most other surgeries - bleeding, infection and scarring.

You will be given antibiotics before and after the surgery. You might need further surgery if you experience incision separation, under or overcorrection, scarring and excessive pain.

However, the result is not meant to last long so it is best to perform in less than a month before your next intercourse.

Alloplant: If you hymen can't not be restore, a Tear-through biomaterial will be insert and act as your hymen. Hymen implant is an easy procedure than can be done under local anesthetic and as a day case surgery. It takes less than two hour and patient can return to work the next day. It is not easy to notice it is not a real hymen.
